Does anybody really think that blacks and females want EVERYBODY treated exactly equal?

As like in everything, written test scores, physical tests, and on and on. Or do they realize there is a difference and that why so called "affirmative action" and other racist and ist programs exist as to make all "equal"? I am all for treating everybody equal but when that isn't working out, here comes these racist and ist programs as to level the playing field.
