Does anyone have a good icing for sugar cookies that doesn't have powdered sugar in it?

If you have cream cheese you can mix softened cream cheese with regular sugar and a little lemon juice or lemon zest (or orange if you prefer). For even creamier frosting you can add margarine or er to the cheese as well, and cocoa powder if you like chocolate frosting.
